   Can you please help me to find pics of platoon 1085. I met up with a woman yesterday while on base and she told me about this website. Now I am so anxious to see if there are pics of my baby on the web.

   All the photos are in the section labeled "Photos". Mostly things are not labeled, a few are. The parents here call it the game of "where's waldo" when it comes to trying to find their recruits.
   
   You can check too in the section for his company and ask if people have found photos in the photos section of that platoon.

   Honestly Lori....I thank you so much for all you are doing and have done.
   It has made such a very special touch to all I have been learning. My son just graduated and he is now at MCT N.C.
   My dad was stationed in Hawaii when I was born ..that was in the 50's. Now I have my youngest as my Marine.
   Thank you for all the info and for being there.

   I am searching for a zipper front sweatshirt for my parents (recuits gradnparents) for Christmas.... its too hard for them to put on a pullover and was wondering if you had any suggestions...

   My son requested that I send him a pocket bible. the one I found for him is probably a little bigger than an index card is that OK to send ???? and can I send it in a small manilla envelope ????

   Thank you for letting us view these photos. We think we found our daughter's photos and this brought a lot of joy to our lonely evening. We are still undergoing daughter withdrawal.    Hi Lori - thank you for the site... My son left for Parris Island on 10/26 and I can't wait to hear from him. After his scripted phone call - I have written 2 letters to him.. but am missing him terribly... being a young mom - he was not only my son but my buddy too.. oh well! Please tell me where can I find pictures of his platoon (if and when) they are posted - he's with the 2nd battalion - Echo company. His graudation will be 1/22.
   
   Thank you so much again for the wonderful site - I'm still trying to learn how to navigate within it!!

    Thanks so much for having this site for us! I feel so helpless at the moment. My son just left October 19th for boot camp and this has really helped me. Just having information from others helps me deal with everything and lets me know that I am not alone! :)

    Bless you for setting this up. I have a strong local Marine Moms support group and they told me about this site. It is helping me so much to get through these first days and weeks since my son left for PI. I know it's going to be my lifeline for the next 13 weeks!

    I believe my wife Michelle may have spoken to you a week or two ago. We're trying to find out if we can post under your "Houses to Rent" category as we have 3 houses that are set up for Military Families and 3 day stays for graduation. Do you have any other suggestions as to where we can get the word out to families, we've been doing this for about a year and have many repeat graduating families (several siblings/grands, etc.) but still have plenty of vacancy and much prefer them occupied.
    
    
    VRBO #130192 is a 3bedroom 2 bath brick home on Ribaut Rd. which is less than 1/2 mile from the PI gate - directly across the river as you can watch cars on PI causeway for our dock/ observation platform.
    
    #178963 & 181371 are both 3 bedroom 2 bath homes about 4-5 miles away behind Vaden Chevrolet on 21. Linda & Joanne Streets. They are actually CONNECTED by a large enclosed swimming pool enclosure so they make for great BIG Family Groups.
